Yesterday there was nationwide panic, after mostly Verizon went down for nearly 10 hours! We continued our effort to help newbies at the gym, some indie rock singer married her dog, a couple got married in the middle of a Southwest flight, and Rick got hacked! 

Dunkin Donuts is trying desperately to cater to people with healthy New Year's Resolutions, we found out how to pick the sweetest oranges, decoded Gen Z slang, and gave advice for people who already failed at their resolutions! The Sumo Wrestling Championships is headed to the Big Apple and sumos need love too. Plus, we got another listener email! This time some solid advice was needed on an engagement ring dilemma...

The Wildcard round of the NFL playoffs wrapped up and Dave ended the night on a happy note. Some company is giving the gift of revenge for Valentine's Day, we played what not to do if you encounter an elk in the wild, some guy constructed a way to entertain other drivers while stuck, and we shared more gym etiquette for newbies. Back to the grind after a devastating Eagles loss, first thing in the playoffs. Plus Rick had one hell of a commute to see Patti in the hospital, and we hit the phones to help ease his road rage! 

Football Friday! We kicked things off but hearing what AI is predicting for winners of the Big Game, Dave didn't forget his "Pigskin Picks" for the Wildcard Round of the playoffs this weekend, and there's a new product you may wanna buy if you're a dictator. Plus, we hit the phones to hear your most memorable stories from drinking with friends! 

Today we kicked things off with Dr. Oz, who is claiming drinking alcohol may not be as unhealthy as we think! A famous bar in Jersey had their beloved walrus penis stolen, some company is offering glasses they claim can help you communicate with animals, and the government apparently has a database that tracks weird things that went in through the out door! Royal Caribbean has a ridiculous new cruise ship, and we hit the phones to hear the best spots to post up in Wawa while waiting for your food! 

We're back, both in-person and online! Sorry for the absence of pods, we had technical issues then a couple weeks off. Rick returned today after an unforeseen emergency with Patti's health, and we talked everything from stupid holidays to a bad dad that went mega-viral this past week on X. In between, we heard a 911 call from Canada complaining about plow speeds, a vodka hack that's been rediscovered, and our favorite lawman from Florida was back with perhaps his silliest press conference yet! Back in action on a Monday morning and today we talked about a very bad beat that Barstool's Dave Portnoy and anyone else on the Broncos suffered. A woman made quite a splash while thrifting, a kid went viral for his shower song, and we discovered a guy who adds sax to songs. Speaking of songs, we did our best to make "6-7" as uncool as possible, and we hit the phones to see if people would ever watch video of themselves being born!

"Record Breaker" Rush has been on a tear lately, perhaps the worst NFL blunder in history happened last night, some kid tried to use ChatGPT to get out of a traffic stop and failed hilariously, Pennsylvania made a list of most festive dress-up cities in the country, Burger King stole SpongeBob from Wendy's and Rick told his story of surviving the Cleveland blizzard in a hotel with no power! 

Back from a 4-day break and there was lots to cover! Al Roker got embarrassed by a little girl during the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, actress Kate Beckinsale told a ridiculous story about her daughter's boyfriend, a woman blasted her boyfriend online for cooking her a prostate-healthy meal, and we went inside the mind of a family over Thanksgiving dinner. Plus with Black Friday happening and Cyber Monday in full swing, we hit the phones to hear the craziest thing people witnessed over the weekend!

Speaking of the holiday, we got the average cost to feed a family of 10 this year. GameStop is rolling out an odd promotion, and we played the TikTok dad who claims stayt-at-home moms are liars, and exaggerating how hard it is! The phone obviously lit up. 

"Record Breaker" Rush is at it again, a new survey shows most people have fake Christmas trees nowadays, Detroit has been terrorized by a runaway goat, and a JetBlue flight turned around due to someone vaping weed in their lavatory! Gatorade plans to pay people to yell at their tv screens, and we hit the phones to hear what movie title describes your sex life! 

Websites crashed everywhere yesterday, so apologies for the delay. Turns out Mike Tyson is now a "shaman!" The penny is no longer being produced, which is driving its value in certain areas of the country. Plus, we got another listener email! 

Today were introduced to a product we didn't know we needed for Thanksgiving, Tesla is rolling out car rentals, boredom is apparently worse than it was during the pandemic, and we celebrated National Happy Hour Day! Rick already ordered a stash of Willie Nelson's new CBD / THC drink, and we helped out Ranker.com with their new poll to name the greatest female rock singer of all time! 

Happy Veterans Day! We kicked things off with a trip to England, where the stadium designers are still laughing. We found our dream girl in a Chilean beauty pageant, and also a drinking study that doesn't add up, plus it's Tuesday so we read our Penny Power "Peeves of the Week." And we all fessed up to the main thing we always disagree on with our significant others!

There's a lot of news in the food world for several franchises, and we hit the phones to hear what your kids have destroyed!

Today we kicked off the show by being introduced to "moon water," a judge got drunk and relieved herself in the street, Uber claims they're bringing rickshaws to NYC, Kraft is now getting kooky with flavors for their mac n cheese, and we found another crazy bear story in the news. But the big topic today was Tom Brady cloning his dead dog! Would you do it?! 

Happy Election Day! For some reason, we elected to play the LA Dodgers' new anthem to kick off the show. A woman in Western Pennsylvania is making the rest of us look bad, Amazon is now serving Thanksgiving dinner, and Oreo has completely lost the plot with it's flavors. An activist group is targeting one of the tamest game shows out there, and we hit the phones to share our stories about encountering wild animals! 

Back at it after a Halloween weekend, where the World Series was settled in a truly incredible Game 7. Rick just found out about sunroof drains, we discovered the King of online chess, and some guy was handing out crab legs for Trick or Treat! Generation Z is struggling with history, and we shared our stories of drinking to the point of embarrassing injuries! 

Happy Halloween! We had a "Free-for-all Friday," taking listsner requests for whatever they wanted to hear, so we're light on content. BUT, Dave didn't disappoint when it came to handing out his "Pigskin Picks," despite the fact that it's a bye week for the Birds. A listener also tried to motivate Rick to embrace candy corn, and believe it or not, there's a campaign being mounted against Halloween! 

Rick lied! He still couldn't make it in, and Dave thinks he was simply too scared. It's Halloween Eve after all, and today's show fit the vibe. Cyndi Lauper shared Trick or Treat stories, a monkey got loose at a Spirit Halloween store, and some guy torched his neighbor's Halloween decorations! It's National Candy Corn Day, and Dave shared one of his favorite urban legend stories, then hit the phones to hear some from the listeners! 

Dave was still holding things down solo, and started the show with some juvenile humor for the holiday. He also had a rather annoying commute into work today thanks to his rental car. Experts say extraterrestrial life may reveal itself to us today, and there's a really cool cover song floating around on YouTube with a twist. Dave then hit the phones to find out about anyone named after a horror movie villain in real life! 

Holy Halloween! Dave packed a lot of spooky content into the show today, but first had to update people on who won the 18-inning World Series Game last night. Some woman online went off on Trunk or Treat! Cocaine has reportedly been found in Pennsylvania candy stashes, a 10-year-old gave his take on what kids really want for Halloween, and some TikTokker pranked her boyfriend over naked Trick or Treating. Dave also shared his experience in the Knoebel's Haunted Mansion, then hit the phones to hear listener haunted house stories! 

Back to the grind! Rick is off in Grandpa land down South, so Dave was riding solo and kicked things off with a football recap. The new Springsteen biopic was just released, which called for a pop quiz. Some guy in Florida has the neighborhood in an uproar thanks to his spicy Halloween decorations, and there's a store you may want to avoid if you intend to offend! Dave's family carved pumpkins over the weekend, and his youngest son became attached to a bug in the backyard, so the phones lit up with other strange bonds your kids have made in the past!

Plus, we took another real-life case to "Listeners' Court!"

We kicked off the show in a rather disgusting way, then heard the latest (and most predictable) excuse for that airliner that was damaged last week. A musician who's played countless weddings did a perfect parody of every bridesmaid's speech ever, a new survey found the loneliest day of the year (and it's not what you expect), and some YouTube channel has been funkifying classic rock songs. We also shared the oldschool appliance or technology that we still use to this day! 

Taco Tuesday! But we didn't head to Mexico, quite the opposite in fact. Canada is headed to the World Series for the first time in over 30 years. Our favorite lawman returned, Kohler is now selling a toilet with a camera inside it, and we read our Penny Power peeves of the week! We also had an extra bold listener who called us about a problem at work...

A man went balistic when his wife didn't want to go to Chili's, and Kim Kardashian's new underwear is beyond ridiculous. Dave found his perfect car, and a new survey shows that Baby Boomers are now renting in droves, which could lead to some rather strange living arrangements. Enjoy!

Rick found an AI video that he literally cannot stop watching, Tyra Banks came out with the wackiest idea for a new dessert, Busch Light came out with a wacky idea for a promotion, and it's Pet Obesity Awareness Day. The newest rankings for worst city in America to commute to are out, and someone Dave knows got busted by a bus! We debated the incident on today's show...

Thoughts and prayers to anyone who bet on the Chiefs last night... we talked about the wild ending to Monday Night Football! A woman in Florida got icky with her revenge on an ex. Rush has announced they're touring again, and their new drummer truly is a shocker!
