t's the AFLW takeover of Hard Ball Gets and this week we have another special edition in store.

Channel 7 expert commentator and boundary rider Abbey Holmes drops by to discuss the AFLW finals series as we count down to two blockbuster preliminary finals on Saturday.

Abbey also tells the girls about her own footy career, including becoming the first woman to kick 100 goals in a season, and how she’s become one of the leading female voices in the footy media landscape.

The West's Eliza Reilly - who is still hoping for an AFLW call-up – is joined by ex-WAWFL (now known as the WAFLW) player Ash Renshaw with former WA cricketer-turned-AFL tragic Jen Wallace a late out this week.

The girls also discuss the AFLW All-Australian squad, two big stories out of Greater Western Sydney and give their predictions for a bumper weekend of preliminary finals.
