This week, since Ashdin did take a small vacation, we asked him how he maintains his fitness while on holiday. And he tells us how he wakes up earlier than the rest of the team, uses the hotel gym/carries his own equipment, and eats mindfully. The bigger challenge is resuming the usual routine after coming back and Ashdin shares a few hacks on how to do that as well.
