Guy Relford returns for another edition of the Gun Guy Show on 93.1 WIBC. On this week's show, Guy talks about the Justice Department's new rule regarding Pistol Stabilizing Braces. He begins the discussion about the Federal Government's history with regulating firearms, and the National Firearms Act of 1934 which was ostensibly a reaction to gangland crime of the Prohibition Era. A caller with a disability asks Guy if he's in violation of the new rule with his own person pistol brace. 

Guy then pivots the discussion to the new Assault Weapons Ban just passed in Illinois. The show finishes with Guy talking with disappointment that Indiana Republican Jack Sandlin is trying to push forward legislation that would deny due process to anyone who has been accused of being a threat to others or themselves by allegation alone. Guy urges the listeners to reach out to Aaron Freeman, Corrections and Criminal Law, Chair to stop this bad proposal from going forward.
