Guy Relford returns for another episode of “The Gun Guy” on 93.1 WIBC. What are the prospects in Congress for another "assault weapons" ban, and would it be Constitutional? Guy reacts to President Biden’s comments that he is going to ban "assault weapons”. Guy explains what exactly an “assault weapon” is, and why the last “Assault Weapon” ban was allowed to sunset. Guy talks about the possibility of a future ban with this Congress and SCOTUS. As always, Guy takes calls from the listeners, and explains to one caller that our Bill of Rights is not a bill of “Needs”.
