Season 4 of the Grow Your Mind Podcast includes some bite-sized morsels of gold. Our bite-sized episodes are under 5 minutes during which two kids unpack a dilemma or the ethics of an idea. This bite-size, our hosts try to get their heads around words - if they really matter that much and if we give them too much power or too little.

This episode was created for International Non-Binary People’s Day on July 14, 2023. And the hosts of the show also discuss if we have too many international theme days and the significance of this one in particular. They kids are both trying to understand why words in this context might be so crucial.

Please note, non-binary is an umbrella term for gender identities that sit within, outside of, across or between the spectrum of the male and female binary. A non-binary person might identify as gender fluid, trans masculine, trans feminine, a-gender or bi-gender.
