In our most raw and confronting episode so far, Alicia opens up on the challenges she faced growing up in a violent household, how that drove her to leave home at an early age and led to her diverse career path, including a stint as a correctional officer.

Since becoming an adult online content creator, Alicia has been able to create a life she loves, but there have been some mental health hurdles which she has had to navigate. She explains the role of histamines and hormones in healthy brain function, and explains how she has overcome her struggles with finding a healthy work/life balance.
