In today's digital era, children are constantly surrounded by screens, from TVs and tablets to smartphones and gaming consoles. While screens can provide entertainment, education, and social connections, excessive screen time can have profound effects on children's development.
According to recent studies, children are spending increasing amounts of time on screens, with some estimates suggesting that children as young as two years old are spending up to two hours per day on screens. This excessive screen time can have serious consequences for children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
