This week on the Five Minute Advocate, Michael Walker discusses the findings from the 2022 Edelman Trust Barometer which in short found that whilst Australian’s distrust of both traditional media and our politicians is on the rise, so too is our trust in civil society organisations. Despite this, in a post covid world we are becoming less involved in our communities, Michael advocates for a focus on in-person engagement through getting involved in our local sporting clubs, unions, faith congregations, or community radio stations.
