When I first saw Kari's Instagram post I knew that she must be a really good athlete. I was surprised when I found out that she had won 4 national championships in gymnastics when she was young, when she competed in crossfire games, and again 4 times champion for being the fittest woman in the country. It is a bigger achievement than we can realise. It's not easy to become fit, especially for 4 years, and Kari has done it 4 times. It all comes down to consistency and commitment to yourself and many pushing yourself to be that person.
