She was born in Sweden and moved to the USA in 2019. She has been training since she was 13 years old.

The first time she started lifting she got told that she was very strong for 13 years old, what a game changer compliment for anyone I guess, whilst she was helping on the farm the started to feel stronger and the fun part is her father was a marathon runner.

We talked about many things in the fitness industry and outside fitness. It was really fun conversation, as you all know I can talk about this topic 24/7, so for me it was a really short period of time we spent talking. I am sure you guys will love this episode.
