I am so happy to share this with you guys - please meet Alicia Stevens from Miami. 
Her mantra 'LGG' means Lets Grow Girls.
I cannot explain the energy she has towards fitness and her clients. 
She works with Female Professionals and Housewives who are keeping their health in check.
While she has only been doing this for about a year, she definitely knows what and how things are done in this industry. 
We had great session and of course when you are having so much fun time just flies. This episode must have gone little over the time but it was absolutely worth it.
