From heart attack and stroke survivors to cancer and arthrtiis patients... For the last decade, hundreds of people from Sligo and beyond have benefited hugely from these Community-based supervised exercise classes,

Exwell celebrates its10th birthday next week (June 24th).

We hear from some of the original participants whose lives have been transformed by it – and from those who helped develop the programme locally over the years.
