Lizzy Machan is an Exercise Physiologist and Nutritionist as well as a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the University of Sydney.

Her journey into the sports industry began with a desire to combine her passion for helping others with her love for sport and exercise. 

From working on weight loss intervention programmes for patients with sleep conditions, to conducting award-winning research on the sleep and wellbeing of athletes, and even teaching the next generation of exercise physiologists at University – Lizzy shares loads of advice for those looking to begin a career in the Sports, Exercise or Research realm.
