Former Indianapolis Colt Edgerrin James joins the show to give his take on the Jonathan Taylor situation. James argues that valuing your running game only makes the rest of the team stronger. In a lot of ways, the stronger your running game the better a team's passing game can become. He talks about his training program and why he'd choose to train in hotter weather to maintain better shape for the regular season. Training with college students in order to continue to raise his game and being closer to his family. Training camp always gave James a boost in energy. Jake asks about James's impression of Anthony Richardson. He believes that Richardson has the ability to become a complete player and has all the tools around him necessary to excel.
