From teaching anatomy throughout medical school to becoming known for his work in rhinoplasty and facial surgery, Dr Saadat brings a rare combination of technical precision, artistry and humility to the field of aesthetics.

What I loved most about this conversation was his passion for education. Even after decades in medicine, his curiosity for facial anatomy and is a big player in education in the Non Surgical arena.

Born and raised in California and a surfer at heart, he brings a calm, grounded energy to what is often a very complex space.

We talk all things plastic surgery, Korea, and the role social media is now playing in shaping patient expectations.
