About Ashley:

Ashley lives on a regenerative farm & homestead in Virginia Beach with her husband and four sons. She has served as a functional medicine farmer for over ten years. She loves sharing time between her faith, her family, and her community.



As a faith-based practitioner, she specializes in helping families discover health freedom by guiding them back to the homesteading lifestyle. She teaches families a preventive health routine that will last a lifetime. She also specializes in pediatrics, gut health, hormone balancing, & prenatal/postpartum care.



After five years of running her function medicine center, she decided to open an organic grocery store to serve as a learning center for her clients. She also runs an additional agritourism farm where she specializes in pick-your-own strawberries.



As a functional medicine practitioner, she is a certified ADAPT practitioner by Chris Kresser, a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner, & a certified health coach by Dr. Sears. As a regenerative farmer, she received training in permaculture design at Cornell and is able to use her understanding of regenerative food growth in her practice as a regenerative nutritionist.



Ashley believes that God must be woven into all that we do, including our professional career. She also believes strongly in the multi-generational, faith-based family business model that built this amazing country and enjoys sharing her story with other families so they have the confidence to build their own.
