Speeding fines have skyrocketed due to warning signs being taken off speed cameras in NSW. 

The decision is being put under the microscope by a Parliamentary Inquiry which will decide if this move is about saving lives or whether it is a revenue raising exercise. 

Jo Haylen, Shadow Transport Minister, told Jim Wilson if the move was for safety we should have seen the amount of speeding fines decrease.
