It’s Women’s Month, and today we’re featuring Durban-born Chef Nokx Majozi, and author of The South African Cookbook. She is currently a chef in residence at Fallow Restaurant in London. Nokx is known for her bold, flavour-led approach to cooking, shaped by her Durban upbringing and South African heritage. Her food is rooted in storytelling, combining vibrant, nostalgic flavours with a modern touch to create dishes that are both personal and contemporary.
