John McNesby, President of Philadelphia’s FOP Lodge 5, joins the Dom Giordano program to discuss and respond to the news that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court will investigate alleged conflicts in District Attorney Larry Krasner’s handling of the Mumia Abu-Jamal appeal. The decision comes in response to a petition filed last year by Maureen Faulkner, widow of slain officer Daniel Faulkner, who asked the high court exercise it’s “King’s Bench” power and take up a case that was before a lower court.
