Steve Feldman Takes Us to UPenn Campus; Wildwood Mayor Sets Stage for Trump on Saturday

View descriptionShare

Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom welcomes back Steve Feldman, Executive Director for the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Zionist Organization of America, to hear about some of the rhetoric coming out of the pro-Palestinian encampments on the campus of UPenn. Feldman tells about a speech made by former Temple professor Marc Lamont Hill, who appeared on the campus, offering up vitriol toward Jewish individuals, with producer Dan playing back clips from the event. Feldman breaks down both Lamont Hill’s words and claims made against both Zionists and Israel, explaining many misconceptions that these pro-Palestine individuals hold.

Then, Dom welcomes back Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano to hear a lay of the land for the upcoming Trump rally on Saturday. First, Dom asks Troiano about comments he made to the Philadelphia Inquirer when asked why he would bring Trump to Wildwood, noting the large economic impact this weekend will have on his shore town. Then, Dom asks Troiano for some history of his very famous cement company, with the Mayor explaining why he imprints his company name on his projects throughout the island. After that, Troaino sets the stage for the event, telling listeners where the President will speak and when they should arrive for the best time. (Photo by Spencer Platt/Getty Images)
