Dom Giordano talks with Philadelphia Public Health Commissioner Thomas Farley about pushing back on Dr. Birx and her decision to name Philadelphia as a "hot spot" for COVID-19. Farley explains that while Philadelphia would rank among the highest, he insists the numbers show the curve flattening over the past few days. Farley addresses the data on deaths, saying that there is a higher rate of death among African-Americans and access to testing. Farley explains that hospitals have been able to handle the cases so far and reiterates the importance of social distancing. Plus, Farley comments on the effectiveness of drugs in the fight against COVID-19 and explains whether or not they are really necessary. (Photo by Michael Loccisano/Getty Images for HBO)
