Pennsylvania's Secretary of the Department of Community and Economic Development, Dennis Davin, joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the state's small business waiver program in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. Davin explains the process and tells Dom the numbers of waivers the state has received so far. Dom presses Sec. Davin on how the office decides which businesses are 'essential,' and tries to get an answer as to why the granted waivers are kept private.
