Scheuren explains that the new 87-page bill, which was pushed through in 24 hours with no Republican input, has multiple red flags that will raise taxes on the residents of Souderton with the promise of school funding, but noting that funding won’t remain in Souderton, instead going to other districts throughout the State after the school was one of only 14 in the State that is being punished for keeping taxes low, not qualifying for proposed ‘adequacy funding.’ (Photo by Getty Images)
