Dom continues the Dom Giordano Program by welcoming in Hector Garza, Vice President of the National Border Patrol Council, to discuss a concerning rise in suicides within the ranks of the border patrol because of what they’re seeing under the Biden administration. First, Garza takes us behind the scenes, with both he and Dom revealing some horrific scenes witnessed by agents, including the abandonment of children used as decoys by the cartel.
