Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom welcomes Gregg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst and author of The Trial of the Century, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the unsealing of the Trump indictment. First, Dom asks Jarrett about the document which was released only about ten minutes prior to the interview, with Jarrett delving in-depth into what is revealed, explaining why this is further evidence of bias and unequal application of the law when comparing what’s been discovered to allegations against the Clinton campaign. Jarrett provides in-depth analysis about the documents themselves, then delves into the bias presented by governing organizations under the Biden administration, also explaining why he believes the Presidential Records Acts needs to be fixed due to ambiguity. Then, Dom welcomes in Professor Alan Dershowitz, author of Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, to the Dom Giordano Program to gather his opinion on the new indictment of former President Donald Trump over his denying a subpoena over classified documents. Dershowitz tells how he was able to predict in his book almost everything about the indictment. Dom asks Dershowitz to put on his legal hat for some expertise, knowing the professor has served as Trump’s attorney and as an attorney in other high profile cases, such as the OJ Simpson case. Dershowitz suggests he’d use the defense the Trump was, as usual, puffing himself up and accidentally, not nefariously, shared this classified information.
