In today’s third hour, Councilman Mark Squilla returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the sad state of Philadelphia, after a mass shooting broke out on South Street, which should be a bastion of tourism. First, Squilla offers his thoughts on the state of the city, lamenting about the institutions that have allowed this to grow and persist. Then, Giordano asks Squilla what lawmakers can do, with Squilla speaking about the confusion of residents that has contributed to the pervasive lawlessness. Also, Squilla tells how he hopes to work with other officials to address the issue, and tells why he refuses to attack Krasner in the media. (Photo by Getty Images)
