Bill Cosby Spokesman Suggests Sentence Be Carried Out at Home

View descriptionShare

Dom Giordano talks to Bill Cosby spokesman Andrew Wyatt about the criteria for keeping a convicted sex offender in prison. While one sex offender is released amid the pandemic, Cosby remains in prison. Wyatt explains the health issues that Cosby faces as an elderly blind man in a prison rife with COVID-19 cases. Wyatt calls for Governor Tom Wolf to "do the humane thing" and allow Cosby to carry out his sentence under house arrest. Wyatt addresses how the court of public opinion would react to Cosby's release, adding that the public opinion metric was thrown out the window when the pandemic began. Wyatt maintains that Cosby should have his case heard by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and adds that not only Cosby should be released, but all elderly inmates should as well.
