Pete Byron, Mayor of Wildwood, NJ, rejoins the Dom Giordano program to provide an update on Jersey Shore beaches in the face of the Coronavirus pandemic. Dom and the Mayor discuss Governor Phil Murphy’s advisement for reopening of beaches and shore towns in New Jersey. Mayor Pete notes that while Murphy’s comments about safe social distancing may ring true for many shore towns, Wildwood is a special case with ample room on their beaches, but one issue that the city is focusing on is safety on their boardwalks.
