Dom Giordano and Dan begin the second hour by discussing an abhorrent situation that unfolded last week. In a statement this weekend, SEPTA announced that an alleged rape occurred on the Market-Frankford Line on Wednesday night. SEPTA noted in the release that there were indeed other people on the train who witnessed this horrific act, telling that it may have been stopped sooner had a rider called 911.  Dom and Dan discuss the implications of such a horrific event, and tell what they would have done if they had encountered a similar situation.
