And you read it right. I accidentally did stand up in my embryo room. 

We dive into the heartfelt narrative of our host Diana Nguyen who she shares her journey of making the decision to do IVF to be a single mum.  From setting personal goals to navigating the complexities of fertility treatments, Diana's story is a testament to courage, resilience, and the power of self-determination.

Understanding the Decision to Pursue IVF, Diana’s journey began with a pivotal decision made in November of the previous year: to undergo an embryo transfer. Feeling the weight of societal expectations, especially as she approached her fortieth birthday, she faced the unsettling reality of being single without a partner or child. This led her to reflect on her life goals and the stress that accompanied them. 

From friends to medical professionals, each played a crucial role in her decision-making process. - Diana highlights her experience with Dr. Daniel Lantsberg, who not only supported her medically but personally understood her journey. The rapport they built was essential as she prepared for the next steps in her IVF journey. -

Here she shares her second round egg freezing journey, and straight into a fresh embryo transfer. The first of many things she never thought she would do alone, but with the wonderful community she has curated around her.
