2021 is here and most people are unsure of what’s going to happen in the days to come. And although everyone’s just trying to look at things on a more positive note, uncertainty in these times may trigger anxiety in most of us.

I know everyone has this idea or concept that 2021 is going to be a different place than where we were last year. But let me just put this out there...I don’t believe we will be seeing any changes unless we change ourselves first.

In today’s episode, I’d like to talk about something that is very close to my heart — something that I’ve been struggling with myself in business over the last six years. Today’s topic is all about “anxiety” — something that has been and still is a big problem for most people. With an unknown horizon looming upon us, let me share with you 7 things I’ve personally done to help alleviate my own anxiety.
