In this episode we talk with ADI President Eimear O'Connell on the course of her career, the challenges she has faced and her work at the ADI.  Eimear is the first female president of the  Association and hopes that in her time in the role she can help put an end to the perception of both the ADI, and implant dentistry more generally, as a boy's club.
