Former Navy SEAL David Rutherford welcomes former Navy SEAL Ray "Cash" Care for an honest talk on friendship after Covid, empty-nest silence, and why men who cannot sit still still need peace. Ray admits he started his speaking business as a fraud copying other operators, until he stopped pretending to be David Goggins or anyone else. He describes a saturated market of about 400 SEAL speakers, credits the Operators Collective, and invites Team to Apex Protocol in Las Vegas November 20 to 23. David asks the question he has been putting to every operator: how do you find peace in the everyday pain of your life? Ray answers as a pain coach, not a motivational coach. Reflect on the pain. Dominate needs before wants. Keep a house full of love. Treat every minute as a mission. Life is like BUD/S. You do not pass it. You survive it. Guest: Ray "Cash" Care is a Navy SEAL veteran, peak performance coach and motivational speaker. After his teams time he did overseas security work including protection for U.S. government agencies such as the CIA in Iraq and Afghanistan.
