Smithfield Town Councilor Rachel Toppi joins the show to discuss her vote to not use taxpayer dollars to help fund the Smithfield Little League team that is currently competing in the Little League World Series.  The council voted 3-2 to provide $2,500 to the team during an August 8th meeting.
