Mike Florio talks about how NFL camps are opening but not is not universal for all NFl teams. Mike tells Dan that a way for the NFL to deal with diversity is to pay a better entry level income. Mike says better pay as they come thru the door may help develop a more diverse hiring pool of candidates.
