Today - Cochise County’s Board of Supervisors has agreed to pay $125,000 to resolve a lawsuit that exposed serious deficiencies in how officials handled public records requests. This case also led two county supervisors to invoke their Fifth Amendment rights, avoiding testimony under oath.
