Your employer's new responsibility on sexual harassment

From this week, businesses in Australia are now legally required to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. This is called a ‘positive duty’, and will make it contingent on employers to prevent harassment from occurring in the workplace, rather than just reacting to an incident once it occurs. We'll explain what you need to know in today's deep dive.
