You might be a little more tired this morning and it is probably because we lost an hour of sleep yesterday thanks to daylight saving time.

Well, that’s if you’re in NSW, Victoria, the ACT, South Australia, and Tasmania. For those of you in the rest of the country - you don’t need to change your clocks twice a year which seems to be the way the world is moving.

Today, we’re going through the debate that surrounds daylight saving and the health issues associated with it that you might not know about.

Host: Billi FitzSimons and Elliot Lawry
Producer: Orla Maher
Video editor: Imogen Abbott
