The family of Tierra Walker are not allowing her death go in vain. The family of Walker are blaming the state of Texas with their merciless abortion ban being the cause of Tierra’s death. They are now suing the Attorney General Ken Paxon, after Tierra Walker died from preeclampsia, which would have been preventable if she was able to have an abortion.
