Ahead of the election for the position of Member Elected Director we have interviewed one of the nominees, Tracy Smart AO.

Peter had the chance to have a wide-reaching interview with Tracy, where we discuss what she looks to offer members as their potential representative at an executive level of the Adelaide Football Club.

Tracy has extensive experience, with (quoted from her bio) "I believe I would offer significant value to the Board through my extensive experience in executive leadership and management. I am a veteran who has been a strategic leader, senior Military Officer, medical doctor, and academic. As well as my 35 years of service in the ADF, where I reached the rank of Air Vice-Marshal, I have worked with the AFL as a member of their Mental Health Steering Group and as their COVID Public Health Advisor, and on many other boards and advisory groups."
