Bulldogs coach Cameron Ciraldo says he's thrilled with the improvement in his side's defence this season, but admits there's still more work to do following Saturday's big win over the Broncos in Brisbane.

"While I'm really happy with where we've gotten to with our defence, I only see improvement left, " Ciraldo said.
