The Continuous Call Team's Mark Levy believes the NRL must replace Referee Ashley Klein for the State of Origin decider next month, after his performances have come under the microscope this series.

Client if it is Ashley Klein, that I would think plays into the hands of New South Wales because he goes out there with an unconscious bias given what's happened in Game two and the criticism. No one's immune to criticism. He'd be hearing it, and you know, we can talk about you know, I'm not questioning the integrity of officials and never would, but of course there's an unconscious bias, which is why I think that needs to play into the NRL's decision making when it comes to who they appoint for Game three. So you're saying get rid of him, I don't think he can possibly referee game number three.
I don't think, you know what, believe it or not, I don't think Queensland would want him to referee game through that because of that.
Exactly what do you just And this is the reason why I think they need to have a fresh approach, a fresh referee that hasn't been influenced by what's happened in the first two games. So what better opportunity to throw either Adam g or Grant Atkins in there. They both experienced referees and they deserve their crack by Mark Levy. That's my opinion.
