How does he know? Not only did he deal with it both as a journalist and an intelligence officer for Texas’ government, he just took a trip there and interviewed the actual migrants! It turns out we are not properly vetting them and have no idea who these people are before they swim across the river or are admitted into the country with limited vetting.
