Yolanda Ortiz, VOCA Regional Coordinator for the statewide
Victims of Crimes case management program at the Connecticut
Council of Family Service Agencies (CCFSA).
CCFSA connects those in need with member agencies that
provide professional mental health, family support, health,
education and youth development services to people throughout
Connecticut. Of the programs offered, Yolanda specializes in the
Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) came management program which
aims to provide holistic support services for victims of crime to
encourage safety and resilience. Whether it is through
compensation, advocacy and emotional support, housing
assistance, or crisis intervention, CCFSA is here to help!
