Today - Colorado Sun reporters Jesse Paul and Olivia Prentzel discuss their reporting on the fatal Aurora police shooting earlier this month of 14-year-old Jor'Dell  Richardson. Officers who chased Jor'Dell didn't know he had committed a robbery when they started running after him through an Aurora alley. The chase ended in the fatal shooting. Jesse and Olivia explored whether police had a legal basis to begin the chase.
