As Jack describes, Chrissie's daughter Peg had 37 birthday parties for her 13th birthday last week and during one of the 37, something happened and Chrissie decided she wasn't going to intervene. Peg and her friends...made a prank call! And so, Chrissie's decided that all children must learn the disappointment and repurcussions of such an act.
