I am so genuinely excited to invite Liv back to the show. Liv is in the heart of Sydney at the moment and like so many people, she's handling this extreme lockdown. We don’t know when the end is in sight and when things will start to get back to some kind of normality.

I talk to Liv about her experience so far how she is coping and she is very honest, there were a few days only a couple of weeks ago that she really wasn’t ok. She was feeling really sad and heavy and you know what - it’s normal. But what I love about Liv is that she has really armed herself with the knowledge and tools to move out of that place by nourishing her mind body and soul with what she really needs! 

Her perspective is absolutely inspiring, I mean Liv is someone who as a TV presenter has had most of her opportunities cancelled over and over again!
