After receiving several emails to Freedom@CharlieKirk.com asking why we hadn't covered the January 6th Committee's "Surprise" hearing yesterday, Charlie lays out his reasoning. Speaking from experience, as he explains at the outset of the show, he's learned like so many conservatives have over the past half-decade, that rushing to judgement and outrage at every beckon call of the Activist Media & DC Ruling Class is never the most prudent decision. To that end, after just 24 hours of hindsight, Charlie spends the bulk of this episode walking through Cassidy Hutchinson and the J6 "Bombshell" testimony that fizzled out with the passage of mere hours and only the slightest levels of objective scrutiny. He plays tape of the "star witness" testimony and cross examines it live in studio, proving indeed that journalistic scrutiny, with very minimal effort, can be done. He then narrows in on a particular column from a "conservative" stalwart whose imprudent fast take on the hearing left him with egg on his face and levied a massive dent in what credibility was left in the newsroom of one of America's oldest conservative publications—proving that, for the sake of the conservative movement, the country, and our national sanity—it must be done.
