This episode of The C.L. Brown Show features attorney Michael Elkins, founder of MLE Law Firm, to discuss the Protect College Sports Act, including its flaws and the potential impact if it's passed into law.

Elkins believes the PCSA is essentially an attempt to bail the NCAA out of a mess the organization itself created. He details how it's a one-sided piece of legislation that, if passed, will "wind the clock back" on athletes and restrict their ability to earn in a free marketplace. College athletes will be the most impacted by the bill, yet, as Elkins explains, they have had far too little input into the shaping the legislation that could potentially remake the future of college sports.

Elkins also believes if the bill is defeated — and he thinks it will die in the U.S. House of Representatives — that moving forward, schools will become much more likely to enforce their contracts with athletes.
